Penis Enlargement Exercises

One of the oldest techniques that can be used to make your penis larger, is natural penis enlargement exercises. This method has been used for centuries by men all over the world. That alone should make you confident that, when done properly and consistently, you will be able to enlarge the size of your penis. I've also gone through a number of free Jelqing exercise articles and they're all lacking in thorough information which could lead you to causing yourself more harm then good.

I would not recommend you use any of the Jelq devices that are available. They're simply not required and may cause you to perform the exercises more aggressively than you should which could result in some burst blood vessels.

A far more complete penis enlargement exercise will also include stretching exercises. With these exercises you basically stretch the penis away from the body. By performing these, you cause the cells in the Copora Cavernosa to pull away and eventually split, thus creating more cells for blood to flow into. With more cells and more blood in your penis, you gain a longer and thicker penis. A good traction device can be used to get the same results.

Alongside the jelq and stretching exercises, a complete penis enlargment exercises program will include kegel exercises. These exercises strengthen various pelvic muscles with the end result being a much harder erection and greater control over your ejaculation. By combining stretching, jelq and kegel exercises you will get a much harder, larger penis and greater control over your ejaculation which will lead to far more enjoyable sexual encounters.

It takes several weeks to see real results using penis enlargement exercises so you need to be dedicated and perform them pretty much every day. Fortunately they don't take very long to perform and you could in fact do them while watching some television. The good natural penis enlargement exercises programs also have DVDs that you can have shipped to you which you can watch while performing your daily routine.

I completely endorse using penis enlargement exercises to make your penis larger and thicker. You can get a good program for low cost, it's a proven method and you'll gain many additional benefits. I'd also recommend you use a good penis pill alongside your penis exercises in order to help promote the creation of the new cells and improved blood flow.
