Penis Enlargement Surgery

There is only one medical penis enlargement method available and that's through the use of penis enlargement surgery. There are basically 3 different types of penis surgery.

33% to 50% of the penis is actually inside of the body and attached to the pubic bone. The main type of penis enlargement surgery consists of severing the ligaments and allowing the penis to extend approximately 1" outside of the body and thus increase the length of the penis. This type of surgical penis enlargement can also be referred to as laser phalloplasty.

After you have undergone this penis enlargement surgury, you have to perform some stretching exercises or use a traction device to ensure that the ligaments don't heal in such a way to decrease the size gain. Note the use of the stretching method? That should give you an indication of what methods will actually work for enlarging your penis.

Plastic surgery penis enlargement, while it can include the previous surgery, typically refers to increasing the girth of your penis. It should come as no surprise then, that this penis enlargement surgurey consists of using fat cells to increase the circumference of your penis. It should be noted that some of those fat cells do not survive and so there is no guarantee that this will work for you.

Another surgical penis enlargement method used is to insert inflatable implants in place of the 2 areas in the penis responsible for penile erections. This technique is only used for those that have complete impotence. However, this penis enlargement method can never be undone since the two corpora cavernosa have been completely removed.

Penis enlargement surgery runs a high risk of losing the ability to get and maintain an erection. In an article on the subject where men discussed their results, 70% of them reported that they were dissatisfied with the end result of their penis enlargement surgery.

If you're curious about the penis enlargement surgery costs associated with this method, I've done a bit of research for you. To simply lengthen the penis, it can cost $5,000 to $6,000. To increase the girth will cost $4,000 to $5,000. To have both procedures performed will be $6,000 to $10,000. These penis enlargement surgery costs are just a ballpark and may not include additional charges such as Anesthesia. It should be clear that spending a few hundred dollars on one of the traction device would be a much better option.

There's simply no way I can recommend penis enlargement surgery unless there is a very serious medical reason for it.
